Master in Individual and Team Coaching

Executive coaching requires continuous qualifying training.
I obtained a Master’s degree in individual coaching (2008) as well as a diploma in team coaching at ICHEC and got into executive coaching. Since then, I have continued to train myself by learning tools such as MBTI, NLP and through supervision.
In 2020, I was certified in executive coaching at INSEAD. In 2024, I obtained a new certification: “Professional Certified Coach (PCC) ” of International Coaching Federation

After university studies, my career took me into the world of outplacement and, fairly quickly, into the world of luxury hotels in France and abroad, where I learned the values of excellence and customer experience. It was in these two worlds that I became aware of my natural talent for inspiring trust and increasing the performance of my sales teams.
